Clinical Supervisor

At Martinsburg Inpatient located in Hedgesville, WV we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment.  We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Supervises team of therapists running adult and adolescent mental health and co-occurring programming ranging from outpatient to partial hospital.
• Evaluates potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and identifies their DSM VTR diagnoses, Axis I-V, as needed.
• Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
• Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
• Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
• Maintains caseload as needed and appropriate for role.
• Assists the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility.
• Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files, including conducting chart audits.
• Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment.
• Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.

Education/Experience

• Required: Master’s Degree in a human services or related field. 
• Required: minimum 5 years as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. 
• Preferred: 5 years of experience with supervising or managing staff/clinicians.
