Description
We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working Houseperson who will be responsible for assisting room attendants and responding to guest calls.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
A houseman is responsible for the overall sanitation of the premises. Housemen duties include assisting in the housekeeping department to clean common areas, responding on guest's requests and inquiries, flexibility to multi-task, and coordinating to other personnel for concerns and guests' assistance.
HOUSEMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reset the room for the next day functions and/or meetings.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality when working with VIP guests.
- General upkeep hotel are carried out by a small group of housemen.
- Serve large functions on daily basis, and reset the room for next day functions, and/or meetings
- Operate mechanical floor cleaners and use other environmental services equipment ensue that the cleanliness of the facility exceed patient expectation.
