Q-Lab is looking for an Experienced Office Manager. This position will supervise office staff, maintain control of signed checks and petty cash accounts, and provide backup functions within the office, as needed. Act as the initial point of contact to ensure all Arizona customer problems are solved. Within Test Services, ensure that procedures are maintained and assist the Quality Manager and Florida Office Manager in providing updates to reflect actual practices, as needed. Provide on-site support to IT and Human Resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for office work flow
- Answer phones and direct calls, as needed
- Support accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing
- Assist in organizing company events or activities
- Consult with clients and assist with test information
- Maintain the local company and client databases
- Order and control office supplies
- Ensure mail is collected and distributed in a timely manner
- Draft and maintain evaluation report templates
- Ensure customer documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee file folders and ensure that scheduled actions are fully completed in a timely manner
- Oversee site-specific Human Resource functions (i.e. new hire paperwork, payroll, etc.)
- Maintain office calendars
- Backup for all office functions
- Other duties as required
