About the Job
Job Description :
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record of on-time deliveries.
Requirements :
Valid CDL Class A license, 2 years old
Minimum of 6 months of flatbed driving experience.
Ability to secure loads using chains, binders, and tarps.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary
- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
- Flatbed trailer
- $1,500 - $2,100 gross total weekly avg. pay
- $0.60 - $0.70 CPM
- 2,500 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
- $500 sign on bonus
- Dedicated, Line Haul
- No Driver Load / Unload
- 25% tarping
- No slip seating
Home Time
- 12 - 18 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Orientation Details
- Orientation is not paid for
- Accommodation is covered
- Drivers get their own room

- Orientation is performed partly or in full online
- Covers some or all travel expenses
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (M) Medical Variance
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- 6 months Flatbed experience
