QA Functional Lead - Manual (Remote)

Qualitest is looking for a Manual Functional QA Lead in US to join our rapidly expanding teams!

This is a full time Remote Position!

Job Description:
Must be able to Lead/Manage a testing team and communicate with different teams like agile and waterfall teams to manage testing delivery
Must be able to communicate with the client efficiently
Review project test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with test policy and procedures
QA of project test planning and scoping activities, providing guidance, and best practices
Participate in the business requirements and functional design reviews, understand the solution and system changes
Plan test cycles and create and execute test cases
Oversee all End2End testing activities across all phases in and/or Complete test phase entry plans and exit reports and gather required approvals
Defect Management: Triage and manage defects, proactively working closely with project teams to define the defect process, manage defect status, retesting, and resolution plan/dates
Efficient in using Jira for test/defect management
Provide test execution status monitoring and reporting during testing cycles
Requirements
Test Lead experience
Excellent communication and team management skills
Should be proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
Should be able to scale up with multiple new projects
