QualiTest is looking for UAT Engineering Lead in the US for a fully-remote position!

You will oversee and lead a team conducting UAT efforts. The project requires experience in UAT, QA Leading and experience with a CIMS.

Requirements

1. Experience leading and overseeing UAT efforts

2. Experience working in a hybrid Waterfall & Agile project.

3. CIMS experience
4. ADO or ALM Experience

This includes monitoring, optimizing, mentoring, collaborating and continually improving the team.
This position additionally ensures that the implementation of quality program metrics are integrated to the quality practices introduced to the teams.
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned QA technical professional with a mix of QA, project management, and business partner management skills.
It emphasizes a consultative mindset that will monitor and participate in the QA implementation, understand capabilities and solutions offered by the quality program product suites, and bring the appropriate combination of best practice solutions to the IT department.
