Warehouse Lead
Job Description:
The Bilingual Warehouse Lead will be responsible for leading the warehouse team and ensuring that all warehouse operations are running efficiently and effectively. The Warehouse Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse employees are trained on the company’s warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is detail oriented, punctual, and has good communication skills.
Essential Functions:
Lead the warehouse operations by managing the day to day operations of the warehouse team.
- Train and coach all employees on QC Management LLC’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure that all processes are being followed.
- Perform daily inventory counts, paperwork, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting tasks.
- Ensure that all paperwork is in order and is being completed on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must have strong organizational skills; be able to multitask; stay organized; follow written and verbal instructions; communicate effectively with others; maintain a positive work environment; follow safety guidelines; complete daily tasks in a timely manner; complete weekly task in a timely manner; complete daily task in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rincon, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
