The Planning Manager is responsible for providing the necessary support for business and corporate strategy, planning and operation. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and other administrative supports for Corporate Planning team. This position reports to the Senior Director of Preconstruction, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Irvine, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 15%.
\n- Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position; and
- Work closely with other team members such as Corporate Finance, EPC, Development, IPP and Project Finance to compile data and write reports.
- Collaborate across departments to develop long-term organizational strategy.
- Mid to long-term P&L and cash flows projection; Develop achievable short-term goals and analyze progress towards goals such as KPI.
- Work closely with the headquarters on various reports including but not limited to P&L, project progress.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to request the module allocation and upload inventory data in the system.
- Manage approval matrix and other corporate documents.
- Host various internal/external management meetings.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or another related field, with a minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in business and operations roles.
- Speaking and writing capability in both English and Korean is required.
- Experience with solar, construction, wind, energy, mechanical, or technology solutions is preferred.
- High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times.
- Demonstrated track record of delivery results.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and with senior-level management within and outside the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: up to 15% as needed
The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
