This position will support Qcells USA's subsidiary, Solar FlexRack (“SFR”). SFR is an integrated solar company that offers custom-designed, fixed tilt ground mount and single-axis solar tracking systems in the commercial and utility-scale solar mounting industries. Solar FlexRack also offers full services, including engineering, geotechnical, pullout testing, field, and layout design services to address the actual site conditions of a project site.
The Planning Manager is responsible for providing the necessary support for business and corporate strategy, planning and operation. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and other administrative supports for the Planning and Strategy team. This position reports to theHead of Planning and Strategy, or another senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate.
\n- Work closely with other team members to compile data and write reports
- Collaborate across departments to develop long-term organizational strategy
- Mid to long-term P&L and cash flows projection
- Develop achievable short-term goals and analyze progress towards goals such as KPI
- May communicate daily between headquarters and internal cross-functional teams
- Manage approval matrix and other corporate documents
- Host various internal/external management meetings
- Perform other related duties as needed
- BS or higher degree in business or related field
- 5 years of experience in business administration, management planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
- English/Korean Bilingual preferred
SALARY RANGE FOR POSITION
The anticipated starting pay range of this position, which is to be located in Youngstown, OH is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 base salary per year.
The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
