This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Planner to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling:
- Create high-level and detailed schedules for both project and operational readiness activities.
- Integrate ongoing equipment qualification activities for parenteral equipment (filling, equipment prep, and formulation) into the project schedule.
- Ensure the project schedule covers asset readiness through PV (Process Validation).
- Resource Mobilization:
- Quickly mobilize resources based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Develop a mobilization plan for resources, ensuring all required personnel are available and prepared.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all project and operational readiness activities are aligned.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit detailed project schedules and operational readiness schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including any changes to the project scope.
- Provide monthly reports on spend to date vs. overall budget.
- Experience: Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, particularly in parenteral manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Proficient in project scheduling software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to quickly mobilize resources and develop comprehensive schedules.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
