Sales Representative

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Account Manager in the Solutions Sales division, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, promoting our audio-visual products and services, and driving sales within your assigned vertical.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the various industries.

· Identify potential clients and market opportunities to expand our customer base.

· Actively promote QCTV's AV products and solutions to corporate clients, event organizers, and other potential customers.

· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.

· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure clients' needs and requirements are met with the right AV solutions.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide clients with the best advice and recommendations.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

· Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

· Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

· Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

· Prior experience in the AV industry or related sectors is an advantage.

Salary:

· $48,000 – $52,000 per year

· Unlimited commission potential.
