About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 26 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 61 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive decor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
- Maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
- Overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
- Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Managing food and labor costs
- Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
- Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover, initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
- Interviewing and hiring team members
