Quality Gold, Inc. is a growing fashion jewelry & gift wholesale distributor/manufacturing company located in Fairfield, OH. QG is currently looking for a warehouse & shipping clerk to join our team.
Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, scanning job orders, disassembling and assembling jewelry boxes, and stamping customer logos onto jewelry boxes, pouches, and bags according to customer order specifications.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with additional hours required during season or peak business times.
Job Duties:
- Pick customer orders from carousel.
- Scan product and components for customer orders.
- Disassemble jewelry boxes to prepare boxes for the stamping process
- Quality control stamped products according to product specifications and assemble boxes using a glue gun as needed.
- Prepare boxes for shipment by scanning invoices and boxes to verify correct shipping requirements.
- Ship finished boxed products for third-party shipments.
- Unload trucks and put away products according to product location while rotating old stock to the front of the rack and new product to the back of the rack.
- Replenish carousel as needed with older stock first.
- Set up, adjust hot foil stamping machine based on customer specifications, and stamp customer logo onto jewelry boxes, pouches, and bags.
- Operate forklift and reach truck to move inventory.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Prior forklift and reach truck experience strongly preferred
Physical Demands:
- Individuals working in this position must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, stretch, reach, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Upper body strength to manually push down printing press.
- Use fine motor skills, such as pinching and grasping small items for assembly, disassembly, and stamping purposes.
- Use of eyesight to see color in its proper form.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
