Customer Service Representative:
(CSR/Cashier/Team Member/Retail/Associate)
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventory, and focusing on safety.

Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.95 per hour
- Location: Normal, IL
- Status: Part-time
Available Shifts: 2nd, 3rd:
- 2nd shift is evenings, typically between 2 pm and 12 am
- 3rd shift is overnights, typically between 10 pm and 7 am

Job Responsibilities:
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Professionally greet all customers upon entering the store
- Preparing hot and cold food items for sale
- Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs
- Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Complete shift reports and balance of cash drawer
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is preferred
- Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled
- Honest and friendly with a great work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task with a team and individually
- Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead
- Ability to squat, bend, and reach using a step stool or ladder
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
