Responsibilities:
- Inventory controls and inventory valuation analysis, includes landed cost / standard cost calculation
- Developing and maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Support the production team with reliable financial data
- Managing Accounting Team and oversee all AP, AR and Payroll functions
- Managing an accurate and timely month-end close
- Support, quarterly reviews, annual audits, and related compliances
- Manage all tax related filings.
- Manage all insurance related topics
- Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Active participation in financial budget and forecasts
- Active participation in cash management
- Full cycle Capital Expenditure management procedure (requisition through depreciation)
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Support CFO with ongoing projects
Education & Skills:
- CPA or CMA Required
- 5 years accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite preferred
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel
- Think independently and creatively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Work with minimal direction, be proactive, resourceful and independent in solving problems
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and HR information
