- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and complete required inspection documentation reports.
- Receive instructions from supervisor and observe safety regulations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Work a third shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in machining or CNC operations.
- Operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools to produce precision manufactured parts.
- Repair or produce parts using manual and automated equipment based on blueprints and/or technical drawings.
- Manage overall work assignments under the supervision of the Cell Supervisor/Work Leader.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, trade school education/certificate preferred.
- Have basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft packages.
- Meet physical demands such as lifting and moving heavy objects and standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching regularly.
- Work in an environment with moving mechanical parts, electrical parts, moderate cold and heat and loud noise.
