General Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing on-boarding client to QP Capital. On-boarding Specialist has primary duties that include performing non-manual or office type work that is directly related to management and general business operation of QP Capital and QP Capital’s clients. OBS will work with sales team and account managers to ensure the clients receive a smooth transaction to factoring services. OBS will be verse and knowledgeable of all ancillary services as well as all requirements for new clients starting a trucking company. Employee will exercise discrete and independent judgment in matters of significance related to background checks and credit checks.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete each client file with required items per policy and deal jack check list.

• Complete credit checks on clients and customers

• Perform background checks on clients

• Assist clients in filing required paperwork with FMCSA to meet authority regulations.

• Educate staff and clients with information related to dispatch, load boards, broker packets, license and permits.

• Navigation of Factor Fox to train and educate clients on paperwork submission.

• schedule and prioritize client onboarding to meet operating requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Underwriters & Credit Analysts: 1 year (Preferred)
