Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and systems
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times
- Retrieve and organize information from various sources for data entry purposes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to customers regarding data-related matters
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the data entry process
Requirements for Data Entry Clerk:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets and databases
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer service background with the ability to handle inquiries and provide assistance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
