- Complete account analysis and reconciliations.
- Complete plant level financial reporting.

- Assist with tax filings, annual budget, and forecasting.
Plant Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
- 2 years of supervisory experience a plus.
- Cost accounting experience preferred.
- Strong excel and ERP system skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
