Job Summary:
QT9 Software is seeking a self-motivated and quick learner who will Support new and existing customers with various needs to successfully use our software products. This position will respond to customer questions and concerns for all QMS & ERP platform software products. This will involve calls, emails, and virtual sessions/meetings. This position may also be asked to provide analysis on trends and improvement ideas from customer interaction, in addition to assisting software validation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting, investigating, documenting, and answering tier 1 support requests
• Communicating with our staff and our customers regarding any software issues
• Importing new and existing customer data utilizing software tools provided
• Assisting with training and implementing new and existing customers
• Assisting with maintaining Help File and User Manual documentation
• Assisting with webinar presentations
• Some travel – Paid for by company
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science (BA or BS) or Related on the Job Experience
Required Skills:
• Must be proficient in MS Office – especially Word & Excel
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external parties
• Needs to have good time management skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Must have a very good understanding of Microsoft Windows & Various Web Browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
• Must have good understanding of database driven & Web Based applications
• Must have the ability to provide efficient troubleshooting
• Independent - Problem Solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance is a plus or willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
