What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Solutions Leader position at Quad?
Role: Designing and managing the solution engineering and technical vision for a new operational solution and/or specific client opportunity inclusive of expansion of existing business as well as new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales or Opportunity Owners to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing business needs
Co-collaborator on RFPs & large client engagements to help propose a strategic solution that:
Leverages the holistic value proposition
Integrates technology
Creates a streamlined approach to minimize the total supply chain
Determine operational needs to ensure efficiency and client success
Responsible for the testing of a new/potential operational solution
Translates the vision of an opportunity/project/solution to the deployment team:
Leads and implements the operational onboarding team for a new engagement/business opportunity
Outlines and support facility’s operational team to integrate and implement new client requirements.
Evaluate and coordinate the facility needs to enable growth.
Key conduit for future updates and enhancement
Assesses systems currently in place, identifies gaps and works with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions for improvement
Researches current and emerging technologies and proposes considerations for changes as needed
Measures success of implemented solutions and proposes solutions for change:
Cost/Profitability
Efficiency of process/throughput
Pain points and gaps
