1 years Human Resources or administrative support
1 years of experience with excel spread sheets, new hiring onboarding
Must have Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data entry experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business preferred not required, Human Resources or related field preferred
DUTIES:
HR Administrator will be responsible for handling a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to:
Managing the HR email, making calls, hiring new staff, managing employee folders, communicating announcements, managing the newsletter
Prepares scheduling, assists in the preparation, administration and tracking of Independent Contractor Agreements, Contract Modifications and Terminations
Initiates, maintains and helps track employment eligibility. Helps coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding. Help maintains employee files/records
