Must have 8 years experience in a Program or Project manager position
Experience in strategic communications, project management, and government budget/financial (PPBE)
Project Management certification is required (PMP, IMS, etc)
Experience developing and maintaining documents and tracks the progress of activities related to initiatives and contract support
Experience with a high proficiency in Microsoft Suite 360 products (more specifically PowerPoint and Word)
Experience with direct client engagement experience
Bachelors Degree in Business management or a related field
DUTIES:
Provide cost estimating support and briefing materials using scheduling, risk, roadmaps, and other source information to inform the Planning, Programming Budgeting, and Execution process.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that documents and tracks the progress of activities related to Capability Management (CM) initiatives and contract support.
IMS shall consist of a comprehensive work breakdown structure to include, as necessary, the activities, owners, completion percentages, durations and dependencies related to contract activities.
Evaluate current project management reporting procedures and develop streamlined processes for efficient status updates on projects from associated POCs.
Support strategic assessments of the CM current state and processes and reporting of recommendations based on those assessments.
Facilitate the Risk Management Process for the CM area.
Propose recommendations to leadership and work with POCs to implement IMS status updates and reporting process improvements.
Verify that IMS is being updated as necessary by all POCs and report, as necessary, on ongoing projects status, including recent accomplishments, upcoming milestones, potential risks, ongoing issues, dependencies, and constraints.
Responsible for ensuring the on-time completion of task deliverables and activities.
Contribute to the overall BPA/Order Program Management through supervision of more senior staff in the execution of BPA Order objectives and tasking.
Facilitating regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings and working groups will be necessary.
May lead daily operational activities such as facilitation, problem solving, developing project and operational plans, communications, and recommending/developing processes and procedures.
Will work directly with TSA personnel and other Government counterparts on mission needs.
