Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft Regional Field Seller for a full-time role based in Minneapolis, MN. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be local and available to meet with our Director in Minneapolis on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Recent MBA graduate, or 2-3 years of related experience, or 2-3 years of recruitment experience
Responsibilities:
- Represent Microsoft in the regional field, engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Meet regularly with the Director to align on strategies and report progress
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft products
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
