The coordinator position is a hybrid role dealing with multiple areas of the business with the main focus on accounting and purchasing. This position requires someone who is organized and great at juggling tasks. It is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-F.
A few duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Assess products, services, and vendors
- Conduct product and service quality appraisal
- Develop and implement recommendations for supply chain management optimization
- Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
- Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
- Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
- Good computer skills with a knowledge of spreadsheet programs
- Math skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
