What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Attendant position at Quail Summit Senior Living Community?
Our Community Attendant is the initial point of contact and represents Quail Summit in a positive, professional manner to families, residents, visitors and staff members. The hours are weekday evenings 4:30pm - 8pm.
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as an ambassador of good will to all who enter Quail Summit. Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk.
-Answers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Route calls and take accurate and detailed messages as appropriate.
- Monitors and ensures general areas are in order, notifies maintenance and/or housekeeping of any issues for residents and staff.
- Complete housekeeping duties in the lobby area as assigned.
- Trained in the emergency procedures and will assist in the event of an emergency.
-Perform general office duties
· Must be respectful of confidential information received and release such information only as authorized.
· Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.'
