Description:
Remote opportunity per manager; candidate should be located in PA
Approximately 24 hours per week
Pay range to candidate is $18-20/hr
- Assists program team in scheduling of residential quality assurance inspections for electric utility programs in New York State and Pennsylvania, and general telephone support for the projects.
- Will need to coordinate schedules with customers and the QA inspector availability – and be able to plan an inspector’s route for the day, using programs like Map Quest and Google Maps.
- Good communication skills a must, along with familiarity working with office software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
· Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony sex offender)
· Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panel for recreational drugs and opiates)
· Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
