Job Description
The Shop Floor Planner plays a crucial role in managing the flow of finished goods. This position ensures smooth daily operations while keeping future plans on track.

- Execute daily production plans for Final Pack, Pre-Pack, and Processing based on the team’s schedule.
- Adjust production plans throughout the week to maintain data accuracy in SAP and prioritize finished goods.
- Ensure production schedules align with machine utilization and pre-pack changeovers.
- Maintain warehouse stability by focusing on the current week’s Pre-Pack Plan.
- Prioritize production lines when issues arise (e.g., absenteeism, maintenance).
- Coordinate with Materials Planning to address material shortages and adjust plans accordingly.
- Work with the Molding department to restock if issues affect the production plan.
- Daily follow-up on deviations affecting on-time delivery, identifying root causes, and taking action.
- 1 years of experience in production planning, including inventory analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7am - 4:30pm)
- Subject to a pre-employment drug test and/or background check.
