Job Summary:
This position will be involved with all aspects of programming focus in analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining programs in a Microsoft Visual Studios environment which will supplement the ERP systems, manufacturing, warehouse/shipping, engineering and management.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide support for user technical issues and assist with training
  • Maintain existing in-house software sing Visual Studio
  • Design and develop new in-house software using Visual Studio or C#
  • Ticket creation, escalation and resolution
  • Oversee daily IT operations including monitoring, backup, recovery of local server systems and networks
  • Research technologies and develop plans for improvement projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation of systems
  • Ascertain IT department skills and develop a plan to cross-train members as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Train users and answer questions
  • Prepare customized IT reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Degree in programming or related field desired
  • 5 years of programming experience
  • SQL usage and management experience
  • Windows Hyper-V experience
  • Windows Server 2019 experience
  • Hands on experience installing and troubleshooting IT hardware and software
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
