The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America and Europe.
What’s the opportunity?
Make a significant impact in a growing startup with a big mission: help 100,000 teams in life sciences launch and scale life saving products. The role of our first Social Media Manager is to build awareness, engagement, and rapport for Qualio across all social media channels. You will work closely with colleagues across demand generation and customer marketing to engage, inform, and entertain people in life sciences.
This individual will have a successful track record of coordinating all social media content and logistics. This person is comfortable creating and working with various content mediums (images, video, audio, live feeds, etc.). You can sift through chatter on social media and noise in social media metrics to find insights and new target/creative opportunities. This person knows how to find industry influencers and build relationships.
What will I be doing?
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with design, sales and customer success to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and create unique experiences like live feeds, competitions
- Identify and build rapport with industry influencers and brands on social media
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor brand online reputation
- Analyze engagement metrics to find new opportunities for growth
- Build an engaged community/following to establish Qualio as a thought leader and influencer in quality management for life sciences
What skills do I need?
- 2-5 years of experience in social marketing
- Experience working with a marketing tech stack (Hubspot preferred)
- Design/editing tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
- Writing, editing, synthesizing content
- Data analysis for engagement and business metrics
- Organization/planning skills to manage content calendar
