What’s the opportunity?
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be a key player in driving the adoption of Qualio by supporting the pre-sales engagements with our prospective customers in Life Sciences. As the expert on electronic Quality Management Systems, you will educate prospects and existing clients on how transforming and reengineering existing processes will improve their business. You’ll partner with our sales organization by driving preference and building our prospect’s confidence for our platform.
What will I be doing?
As a Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Couple your product and industry expertise with your strong sales acumen to identify key value drivers of a customer’s business and accurately identify prospect pain and decision criteria, and define the appropriate solution and optimal sales strategy
- Strategize with sales team members to identify the approach most likely to persuade prospects to change existing behaviors, and to solve deal-level challenges
- Leverage your curiosity and superior listening skills to build understanding and offer customers/prospects a unique perspective that leads to Qualio’s products and services.
- Own and confidently deliver value and customer outcomes based presentations, product demonstrations, discovery sessions and proofs of value of Qualio’s solution
- Display poise and expertise in high-stakes conversations to inspire buyer confidence
- Become an in-house expert in Qualio’s product and stay up-to-date on product releases and new features
- Aligns Qualio’s unique value and insights to key customer priorities, reframing the way customers view their business
- Collaborate without ego, be willing to take on small and large tasks
Collaboration with Other Teams
- Provide advice and guidance to other Solutions Consultants as requested, including participating in the professional development of new Solutions Consultants.
- Collaboration also includes receiving constructive feedback from others including Solutions consultant peers
- Provide input on prospect requirements/concerns to Engineering and Product Marketing teams.
- Participate in territory planning and deal reviews.
- Assist at trade shows, user conferences, etc. as requested.
- Respond to RFP/RFI’s in conjunction with your sales team.
What skills do I need?
- 5 years of SaaS pre-sales or consulting experience
- Previous experience working in a quality management role within UK life sciences, or supporting clients in these industries recommended but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- Ability to effectively explain complex concepts to any audience in the form of clear, polished presentations and/or responses to questions and challenges
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to the market, the state of the organization and quickly shifting priorities
