Qualitest is looking for QA Leads to work remote from the US!

• Strong experience in manual QA (test planning, TC creation, TC execution, risk assessment, execution and defect reporting)
• Experience displaying value to stakeholders using detailed KPIs and metrics for all phases of testing Experience defining manual test phases in scope and creating supporting documentation (test strategy, test plan)
• Ability to work independently

• Must be comfortable doing hands on testing

Nice to haves:

• Experience in financial services is strongly preferred, it was listed by the customer as a nice to have however reading between the lines we think it unlikely someone without the domain xp will get through.
• Asset management experience would be ideal.
• Automation exposure, not a short-term requirement
• Location in Minneapolis
