We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of BSN and 12 months of dialysis management experience required, or 5 years in dialysis with 12 months of management experience.
- Current RN state license is required.
- Associates or better in Nursing is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience is required.

Salary : $76,000 - $120,000
