**Position: Home-Based Therapist**
**Acceptable Licenses:** LPC, LMSW, LLP or LLPC, LLMSW, and LLLP (Limited License)

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide therapy and support to children and adolescents with intense needs.
- Utilize compassionate and empathetic approaches to engage with clients and their families.
- Implement evidence-based practices, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Conduct therapy sessions in the youth's community, including their home, school, and community settings.
- Maintain flexibility in schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to provide comprehensive care.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Current and valid Master's licensure in the State of Michigan: LPC, LMSW, LLP, or the respective limited license.
- Experience working with children and adolescent patient populations is preferred.
- Eligibility for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire.
- New graduates are welcome, and licensure supervision is offered.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.
- Must be available to travel throughout the day to clients' locations.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
