The Night Auditor is responsible for all night-time front desk and audit functions, as well as providing outstanding guest service at the front desk. The hours for this position are 11 pm - 7 am.
Primary responsibilities include: running and printing reports, balancing credit cards, preparing daily deposits, registering guests, answering phones, making and modifying reservations, customer service-related duties, and laundry, cleaning, and breakfast room set up as needed.
Night Auditors must possess a positive, updated personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Additionally, he or she must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
