THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN BYRON, IL

Quality Metal Finishing Co. is looking for Robot Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience is preferred for this position, otherwise we will train you to successfully perform your job.

1st shift openings are available (7am-3pm: Mon-Fri). Up to $16 per hour, Health and Dental Insurance, 401K options, paid time off, and weekly pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Program robotics to support production requirements.
  • Collect data to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the production inspection process.
  • Prepare parts for post-robot operations.
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance.
  • Maintaining safety standards of equipment and work area.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Some experience working in manufacturing.
  • Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to speak, read and write basic English.
