What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Partner position at Quality Oil Company, LLC?
The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a team member and business partner for specified divisions of Quality Oil Company. This position is expected to participate as a member of the operational team providing support to employees, managers, and leadership. This position will be accountable for the employee experience from and HR prospective and include duties such as payroll, benefits administration, new hire enrollment, 401(k), FMLA, leave of absence, training, and will support management with reports, pay data, turnover and retention data, and other items pertinent to support the business division. This person will also complete other HR related tasks as assigned by HR management.
Responsibilities
* Processing of payroll for support business lines
* Full cycle leadership of all employee management including new hire documents, I-9 management, payroll, taxes, benefits, etc.,
* 401(k) enrollment and communication
* FMLA, Leave of absence,
Requirements
* Human Resources education or 2 years of direct HR/recruiting experience preferred
* ADP Workforce Now administrator experience is preferred
* Solid computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer service oriented
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
* High Energy with a solution driven mentality
* Must have a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and meet company fleet requirements
