Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly
Skills:
- Proven customer service experience or experience in a call center environment
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in upselling techniques
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
