Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary: Quality Pressure Washing is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead our outside sales new business development. The ideal candidate comes with prior experience in outside sales and a strong desire to expand your career.

Become an expert in all company products and services, in order to provide the best solutions to our customer’s needs.
The ideal candidate must be eager to enter into an environment that is open to new ideas, and in the process of change
Manage the support functions essential to sales force productivity, including: planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration.
Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization
Foster strong relationships, to which you can attribute much of their success
Lead and manage all Sales initiatives for the organization
Understand and practice the Consultative Selling Model
Accountable for the accurate and on-time reporting as well as the implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives
Develop and manage to specific Sales KPI’s (including quotas, response time, quotas, etc)
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Become an expert in QPW products and services (both Residential and Commercial)
Work with General Manager to minimize customer issues
Effectively and professionally supports the entire QPW organization
Recommend and participates in new product and service development
Perform sales calls and develop vendor relations with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory
Minimum Requirements
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of nature of business
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Relationships:
Daily interaction with operations personnel, drivers, customers, and management.
Education/ Experience:
Minimum 3 years sales and/or management experience - B2B or B2C
Bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred)
