Quality Refrigeration is looking for a Refrigeration Project Manager to join their fast pace, growing commercial and industrial Refrigeration company in Hunterdon County. Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Minimum 3 years of prior estimation/bidding experience in construction trades
Minimum 3 years of prior HVAC or general industrial experience, required
Basic computer proficiency, MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Focused on safety and quality
Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record, required
Must pass substance screenings and background screenings
Must abide by employee manual and all safety policies
Job Description:
Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs through BuilderTrend
Work with team to ensure project is being carried out.
Create and maintain schedule on all projects.
Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order quotations.
Communication with Fabrication Shop to secure schedule, scope and price.
Promote and enforce a safe working environment and manage safety meetings.
Satisfy customers’ needs to develop repeat business.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
