This position coordinates services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our company works with the Tennessee Home and Community Based Waiver. We are an independent support coordination company working together with the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The support coordinator is responsible for coordinating waiver services and non waiver services needed for each individual client. The support coordinator will have excellent communication and written skills, positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, excellent ability to meet deadlines, strong computer literacy, and work well under supervision. Initial 3- 6 months of employment will be training to be completed within office environment. Once training is determined to be completed by the company Director, the employee may be assigned to work from home for part of the week and complete all expectations and duties when assigned to work from home.
