Job Description:
The Challenge
Qualtrics is looking for a full-time Content Manager who loves curating key sales content libraries and content. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree (Technical Writing, Editing, English, Library Science, Marketing, etc.), 2-3 years of content management, stakeholder management, proposal writing, high-level project management skills to get buy-in from subject matter experts, and experience with content libraries, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve always dreamed of working.

You’ll know you’re doing a great job when our sales team comes to you for proposals and content. You can write compelling work, have excellent organizational skills, can multi-task, and manage your time effectively.
A Day in the Life:
- Owning Qualtrics’s content management system, Loopio, and leveraging its capabilities to create the library of materials required in order for Qualtrics to achieve its business development goals
- Correctly identifying proposal win themes, value-adding activities, and customer benefits in order to provide compelling, consistent and creative content for a variety of communications to support business development activities and influence action.
- Coordinating solution discovery sessions and/or gathering required proposal information from key stakeholders, product marketing, sales, legal, information security, and other teams as required.
- Maintaining Qualtrics’s brand standards throughout all created materials.
- Managing content library information to ensure accuracy by establishing regular feedback/refresher activities with subject matter experts.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading copy capabilities.
- Meeting project deadlines by effectively prioritizing activities and setting and monitoring target dates with contributors
- The ability to take original facts, statements, content and images and create compelling internal and external copy
- Being responsible for the development and maintenance of both project specific and general marketing presentation materials to ensure brand esthetics, quality and integrity of material content.
- Managing the proposals team Highspot section and assets, including proposal templates, InDesign templates, and other key sales assets.
- Remaining current with industry trends and creative writing styles/patterns in order to reflect the language of now in content.
- Delivering a high volume of materials in a timely and efficient manner.
