The Challenge
With Qualtrics continuing its incredible growth into 2022, it is seeking a head of global GTM enablement solutions to help craft and support the global enablement strategy and lead our team of highly talented learning designers and enablement strategists.This is a specialized leadership role that has broad influence driving learning strategies for multiple audiences across the GTM organization. The role is critical in ensuring our customer-facing teams at Qualtrics have the knowledge and skills necessary to master their roles and support Qualtrics customers, and is ideal for an inspired leader who is passionate about skills-based learning programs, multi-channel enablement methods and insight-driven enablement strategy. This role is highly cross-functional, visible across Qualtrics’ leadership, and will play a key role in driving our go-to-market strategy from within the global Revenue Operations organization.
A Day in the Life
For those passionate about helping teams learn in a dynamic and fun way, this role is perfect. A day in the life will rarely be the same, moving from assessing knowledge gaps, developing creative new curricula for different learner audiences, to providing expertise on various learning methods and enablement strategy to programmatically improving our onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure everyone in the GTM organization is successful. Taking the role to the next level includes influencing the global enablement strategy with data-backed insights, demonstrably increasing global sales productivity and ultimately the customer experience.
Qualifications
- 6 years experience in a GTM role at a B2B company (preferably SaaS)
- 4 years experience in an enablement, sales readiness, or L&D role
- Experience managing people and known for inspiring and motivating others
- Deep empathy for what it means to be a customer-facing rep in tech and a strong curiosity for understanding various learning audiences
- Passionate and knowledgeable about modern approaches to learning. Experience with virtual training, micro learning, personalized learning paths, and learning reinforcement methodologies are a major plus
- Able to zoom in and out on projects: you have no problem diving in to help a teammate with a small task, but are also able to connect it to the larger impact of a training initiative on the business. You don’t get stuck in siloed thinking and actively seek broader, cross-functional perspectives
- Comfortable translating big picture, nebulous problems into actionable learning strategies
- Team oriented and collaborative: you have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with many kinds of teams
- Bachelor’s degree
