Events Marketing Manager, North America

Qualtrics continues to grow the field of Experience Management, bringing insights and actions to customers across the globe. To support our mission, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a dedicated field region, develop a strong marketing strategy, and execute a plan with unique experiences and campaigns that drive demand and revenue. This marketer will closely partner with marketing counterparts as well as the regional enterprise sales team and sales development representatives on field events and account-based marketing initiatives to create a steady stream of pipeline across multiple product lines and industries.

Things You’ll Do
- Strong understanding, experience, and passion for events, demand generation, and revenue attribution.
- Own the overall strategic vision and execution of strategic industry conferences that create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth
- Think creatively and generate ideas to build robust, unique 1:1 and 1:few campaigns through these events
- Partner with fellow field and ABM marketers, as well as sales and broader marketing counterparts to develop and deliver high-touch ancillary marketing events that support multiple products and industries
- Create, execute, and monitor a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign and event
- Work cross-functionally with PR and AR to elevate how we amplify our message through tentpole events
- Work cross-functionally with SDRs, sales, product, digital marketing, customer success and many others to design a strategy to engage with top accounts
- Work with Marketing and Revenue Ops teams to manage measurement of every program and its impact through Tableau reporting; evaluate event/campaign ROI, ensure department consistency in reporting, and present recommendations for improvement
- Maintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all events and campaigns
- Manage and maintain the invoicing process and accounting for events to ensure consistent tracking across all regions
- Oversee and manage our suite of vendors for third-party events (AV, booth vendors, direct mail, swag, etc)
- Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for events as needed
What We’re Looking For On YourResume
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- 4-7 years of previous marketing experience; including planning and coordinating field events and creating marketing plans
- Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of B2B marketing and events role (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing a plus) in environments with Sales Executives, and Customer Executives
- Hands-on experience co-developing strategic account plans with customer-facing teams for Enterprise Software accounts
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations, and other event-related materials
- Knowledge of Salesforce, On24, Coda, Qualtrics and other event management software preferred
