This position will report to our Bluffdale, Utah office.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans to support delivery of capital substation design projects.
- Monitor and identify deviations to plan for the project manager and recommend resolution.
- Assure compliance with corporate governance.
- Create and maintain project schedules in the scheduling database.
- Create and maintain request for information and submittals.
- Provide project controls support as a team member on multiple project teams.
- Pull project cost data to analyze variances and ensure corrections are implemented.
- Complete ad hoc assignment needs as requested to support capital substation design project delivery and supporting functions.
- Associates degree (or higher) in Engineering Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Ability to perform research and analysis, including the ability to obtain and evaluate relevant data, and develop creative alternatives to complex processes and situations.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and processes.
- Work in a team environment and with all organization levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others within and across the organization.
- Primavera scheduling tool experience.
- Knowledge of the electric utility industry and its regulatory and operating environments.
- Understanding of the project life cycle.
