Quandel Construction is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager having done project work in Healthcare, Warehouse/Industrial markets. Our Project Managers are the focal point to the success of our construction projects. This position assumes responsibility for the profitability and loss control of each assigned project. Success in this position requires a great deal of collaboration with our customers, subcontractors, superintendents, and other internal team members.

Qualified candidates must have the following education and experience:
- At least 5 years of commercial construction-related project management in healthcare and warehouse/industrial environment
- Experience managing multiple construction projects of significant scope and ranging in size from $10m - $35m
- Extensive use and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Use of an ERP or a construction management system like Viewpoint, Smartbid, ProCore, New Forma, Adobe Docs, AIA, Bluebeam; scheduling tools like Primavera P6; and document sharing programs like Box.com, Dropbox or Google Drive.
