Automation Project Manager – 12-month contract- Ohio – Life Sciences
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Automation Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain overall automation philosophy for the program
Develop knowledge and expertise in Owner DeltaV component library and associated methodologies, standards, and templates
Develop oversight of site (program) and project component libraries
Maintain programming standards (DeltaV component and DeltaV Live)
Maintain documentation and testing templates
Work with other technical offices to develop interfaces and related components required for project(s)
Support project level senior area leads
Provide technical support to projects
Audit of projects to ensure compliance with LP1 site standards
Ensure automation program deliverables are compliant with Owner computer system validation policies and procedures
Role Requirement:
BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
10 years working experience with DeltaV component and control strategy development
Previous Automation Large Project/Program experience/expertise, preferably in PM role
Exceptional teamwork abilities
Strong knowledge of GMP’s, regulatory requirements, computer system validation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
