Company Overview:

Quantic ECI designs, develops, and manufactures state-of-the-art passive magnetic components for mission-critical power applications that must perform in the harshest environments.

Position Function:

The S&OP Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is essential for interfacing between customers as well as the internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality team. This position will focus on managing and developing relationships with customers supply chain / buyers as well as collaboratively working with ECI internal suppliers to ensure timely responses pre and post awards. Day to day responsibilities include booking and confirming customer purchase orders, managing online customer portal responses, attending weekly customer meetings, and coordinating with the Director of Ops on any direct incoming quotes and weekly reports. The S&OP Manager will be responsible for interfacing with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure information is accurately captured and posted. Additionally, this role will work on ad-hoc internal projects that support company initiatives and work with the Business Development Manager and Corporate Marketing Team on marketing projects. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service

• Strong communication and decision-making skills 

• Organizational aptitude and ability to manage multiple customers at one time  

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus 

• Military / Aerospace experience a plus
