About Us:

Quantum Edge DAO is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. As a key part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in developing funding strategies such as grant writing and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants and external funding sources.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to secure funding and support for our programs.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure compliance with grant requirements and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial management policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
