Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project priorities and gain buy-in from key team members.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in the execution of technology implementation and regulatory/quality projects. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with department heads and team leads to ensure the right skills are available at the right time. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to optimize team performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions. Regularly communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control measures are in place. Provide regular financial reports and maintain transparency with the finance department.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and status reporting. Communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and executive management to provide regular progress updates, identify project dependencies, and manage expectations.
• Ensure that projects related to regulatory information systems and quality registration are in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Collaborate with regulatory affairs and quality teams to address any compliance-related issues.
• Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Proactively manage change requests, assess their impact on the project, and communicate the implications to stakeholders. Work to minimize scope creep and maintain project focus.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement. Apply insights from previous projects to enhance future project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a track record of successfully delivering technology implementation and regulatory/quality projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare or life sciences industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
